Operation Outreach Homeless Health Center

Baptist Operation Outreach is a free mobile health care clinic for individuals or families without permanent housing. Baptist Memorial Health Care and Christ Community Health Services have operated the clinic,which is a member of the Community Alliance for the Homeless, since 2005.
