This month’s Technical Assistance Training focuses on building health literacy, with presenter Eddie Wiley, MPH.

Wiley covers the importance of health literacy and how it impacts clients, as well as signs to look for in clients who have poor health literacy skills. He also shares effective ways to communicate, both face-to-face and in written communication.
